Group counseling allows people with similar issues or circumstances to share experiences, learn from the perspectives of others, and arrive at solutions with the help of a therapist.
Below are the group counseling sessions we offer.
Balance: Combining Group Counseling and Yoga for Teen Girls
By combining group counseling and yoga, we provide a calming environment for girls to share their experiences while teaching them to be calm, centered, and mindful.
C.P.R. (Child-Parent Relationship) Training – (10 weekly two-hour sessions)
Being a parent doesn’t come with a handbook, but we’ve got some pretty good tools for you to make you think you got one. In this training, you will learn how to reduce or eliminate behavior problems with your children, help them develop responsibility and self-control, increase their self-esteem, and even enhance your marital relationship.
Camp BOOST – (weekly sessions)
Is your daughter (6th – 12th grade) having trouble making healthy choices, establishing and maintaining friendships, and feeling good about herself? She’s not the only one. This group will give her the BOOST she needs to feel confident and capable. In this group, she will have peer support as she learns positive communication skills, self-awareness, how to identify and express emotions, managing conflict, building confidence, and so much more.
Divorce can be traumatic and life-altering, so we offer a peer group for divorced adults and their children to share their hearts and emotions and support one another.
