Brittany Rallo
M.Ed., LPC-Associate
Brittany is an empathetic and dedicated therapist, committed to helping you cope with life’s stressors and improve your wellness. She has a master’s degree in counseling and development, which she attained following ten years working as a teacher and leader in public schools. Her time in the classroom taught her the importance of emotional wellbeing as a foundation to all other forms of success and that the wellness of children depends upon the wellness of parents.
Today, Brittany specializes in helping parents learn the tools to manage the complicated emotions that come with the job. Parenting is the most important yet difficult job on Earth, and she adamantly believes you deserve support in navigating the challenges. Oftentimes, our childhood trauma or mental health struggles show up in our parenting. Brittany has a proven track record of helping parents to process, heal, and empower themselves for their own wellbeing and for the wellbeing of their children. In particular, she works with many parents in the perinatal phase make the transition into parenthood, as well as working with couples who need help improving their communication and conflict management.
Brittany is also passionate about helping pre-teens and teens during the difficult yet crucial development years of middle school and high school. She is the President and Founder of Joseph’s Path, a small nonprofit that raises funds for education in third world countries since 2013. During her time in education, Brittany also implemented a mentorship program for struggling students that increased attendance, socioemotional health, and academic gains for participating students. These initiatives speak to her passion for supporting families in their efforts to raise confident, well-rounded, and emotionally healthy children. Lastly, her most important credential is that she is a mother to a young child herself and has experienced firsthand the impacts this can have on the wellness and mental health of parents and children. This motivates her to work hard alongside her clients towards their goals and continuously learn the newest and best practices to support the families she works with.
