One of the most common pieces of feedback I hear from clients working through Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy is a profound sense of “coming home” to themselves. IFS is a therapeutic model that views the mind as an inner world full of different “parts” or versions of the self. These parts take on roles—some as protectors, others carrying emotional wounds. By accessing their healing energy, known as the "Self," clients can unburden these parts and foster greater self-love, connection, and compassion.
