Meet our clinicians
Julie Ray
B.S.ed., Master's Level Intern
As a therapist, I approach healing as a process of remembering—remembering our strength, our stories, and our capacity for wellness. I believe we are not defined by our wounds or diagnoses, but by our ability to make meaning, adapt, and reconnect with who we truly are.
My counseling style blends evidence-based insight with somatic awareness. I draw from cognitive behavioral, gestalt, and narrative therapy approaches, with a deep respect for how each person's story is shaped by both inner experience and the body’s wisdom. I often work with clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—guiding them to slow down, listen inward, and begin to gently unwind what has been held, often for far too long.
With nearly 25 years of experience as a licensed bodywork practitioner and educator, I bring a trauma-informed, body-aware lens to the therapeutic relationship. I offer clients an integrated space that honors both mind and body—supporting nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and the cultivation of inner resources for sustainable change.
I welcome individuals navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, relational patterns, and trauma recovery. Whether you are looking for new insights, grounded presence, or space to breathe again, I offer compassionate, collaborative support as you reclaim your path toward healing.
